From Dec-the end of March we will have Flex sessions as follows
- Wednesdays from 5:15-6:30PM Ages 7-11
- Tuesdays from 5:30-6:45 Ages 12 and up
- Fridays from 5:30-6:45PM All Ages
- Saturdays from 9-10:15AM All Ages
If additional timeslots for Flex training become available we will post them on the website 48 hours in advance.

Cutting Edge Total Hockey Centre Flex Pass Training .
All Youth sessions are 75 minutes and Adult Sessions are 60 minutes.
Please book your training session at least 24 hours in advance.
Players will develop Skating Aceleration,shooting,puckhandling and vision.Every Player will be enrolled in our Player Tracking database.
Flex training is limited to the first 20 Players who register for a session.Please visit the Calendar for available Flex Pass Training times.
